D-panthenol has a pronounced regenerating, anti-inflammatory effect, promotes the restoration of the skin. Bisabolol soothes the skin, relieves irritation, increases penetration. It has an antibacterial, antimicrobial effect. Included in the composition of BIOLIN (skin prebiotic), regulates the balance of the skin, by stimulating and maintaining protective organisms on its surface.
