Composition

Abri-Soft Classic diapers consist of a waterproof polyethylene bottom layer, fluffed cellulose fiber, non-woven fabric and sealed edges on four sides to protect against leaks.

Upper layer nonwoven fabric – synthetic fibers based on polypropylene. Fibers are a strong, long-lasting material with absorbent properties.

Absorbent layer Expanded cellulose is a paper fiber that goes through a defibrillation process. For the production of Abri-Soft diapers, long fibers are used, which allows you to maximize the distribution and absorption of liquid over the entire area of the diaper. Fluffed cellulose distributes the liquid well and can absorb up to 11 times its own weight.

The bottom layer of polyethylene is the most commonly used type of plastic. It is a thermoplastic polymer produced by polymerization of ethylene through high or low pressure.

Polyethylene shows excellent resistance to water and moisture, as well as good resistance to almost all solvents and chemicals.
