Pharmacological action
Aconitum napellus is a mountain tall herbaceous perennial plant.
Chemical composition: * aconitin;• tyramine and dopamine.
In a small dose, aconitine has an effect on nerve endings, in particular, on the endings of the trigeminal nerves, increases the secretion of salivary and sweat glands.
Indications
The key symptoms for prescribing the drug
- are acute unbearable pain (especially neuralgia);
- numbness or tingling.

Infectology
- hyperthermia, accompanied by pallor and dry skin;
- rhinopharyngitis, non-streptococcal sore throat, otitis media;

- “cold” neuralgia, especially trigeminal neuralgia;

- insomnia, when after falling asleep, sleep is disturbed by a nocturnal awakening, usually between midnight and 1 am; such an awakening is accompanied by anxiety, a feeling of heat throughout the body (without sweat); the patient often recalls a nightmare.
Gynecology
- amenorrhea, corresponding to the abrupt cessation of menstruation, due to fright or hypothermia.

How to take, course of use and dosage
Sublingual.
Granules should be absorbed in the mouth 30 minutes before meals or 60 minutes after meals.
For children from 0 to 3 years of age, the pellets are pre-diluted, shaking, in 10-15 ml of water at room temperature and given to drink.
The optimal amount per dose is 5 pellets.
