Composition

Active ingredients:

yellow gentian (Gentiana) D1 – 1 ml,

pharmacy Aconite (Aconitum) D6 10 ml,

the dioecious bryony (Bryonia) D6 10 ml,

phosphate iron (Ferrum phosphoricum) D12 10 ml,

lactic acid (Acidum sarcolacticum) D12 10 ml,

of ethyl alcohol 43% (by weight) — 59 ml.

Pharmacological action of

Open is a complex homeopathic drug. It has anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, antipyretic, detoxifying effects. It has antiviral activity. Increases the activity of non-specific factors of local immunity. Reduces the intensity and duration of intoxication and catarrhal syndromes, normalizes the functions of the respiratory tract mucosa.

Pharmacokinetics

The effect of Aflubin is the result of the combined action of its components, so it is not possible to conduct kinetic observations; all components together cannot be traced using markers or bioassays. For the same reason, it is impossible to detect the metabolites of the drug.

Indications

Complex therapy and prevention (planned and emergency) of influenza, parainfluenza and acute respiratory diseases; treatment of inflammatory and rheumatic diseases accompanied by joint pain syndrome.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

How to take, course of use and dosage

Inside,30 minutes before or 1 hour after a meal, drops should be held for 20-30 seconds in the mouth before swallowing, tablets should be kept under the tongue until completely absorbed. Drops are used in pure form or pre-diluted in 1 tbsp. a spoonful of water (for adults and adolescents), for children under 1 year, drops and tablets are diluted in 1 teaspoon of water or mother’s milk.

Further treatment of the clinical manifestations of acute respiratory infections and influenza: adults and adolescents — 10 drops (table 1).3 times a day; children from 1 year to 12 years: 5 drops (1 / 2 tab. ) 3 times a day; up to 1 year and 1 drop (1/2 table).3 times a day. The course of treatment is 5-10 days.

Planned prevention of exacerbation of the disease at the beginning of the cold season or before the flu epidemic: adults and adolescents — 10 drops (1 table) 2 times a day; children from 1 year to 12 years – 5 drops (1/2 table) 2 times a day; up to 1 year – 1 drop (1/2 table) 2 times a day. The course of treatment is 3 weeks.

Emergency prevention (carried out immediately after contact with a sick person with flu or acute respiratory infections, or after severe hypothermia): adults and adolescents-10 drops (1 table) 2 times a day; children from 1 year to 12 years-5 drops (1/2 table) 2 times a day; up to 1 year – 1 drop (1/2 table) 2 times a day. The course lasts for 2 days.

Treatment of inflammatory and rheumatic diseases accompanied by joint pain syndrome: adults and adolescents-10 drops (1 table) 3-8 times a day (in the first 2 days of treatment), then-3 times a day; children from 1 to 12 years – 5 drops (1/2 table) 3-8 times a day (in the first 2 days of treatment), then 3 times a day. The course of treatment is 1 month.

For drops: at the beginning of the disease, as well as in cases requiring rapid relief of symptoms, it is possible to take 8-10 drops every 0.5–1 hour, until the condition improves, but no more than 8 times, after which they switch to taking 3 times a day.

For tablets: in 1-2 days of acute respiratory infections or flu, adults and adolescents should take 1 tablet 3-8 times a day (but no more), children under 12 years-1/2 table 3-8 times a day (but no more).

Special instructions

For drops: since the preparation contains natural plant components, during storage it may experience a slight turbidity and weakening of smell and taste, which does not lead to a decrease in the effectiveness of the drug.
