Description

The Alfasoxx medical device acts mechanically, providing rapid elimination of symptoms caused by gastroesophageal reflux (GER).

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is characterized by symptoms such as heartburn, acid reflux or non-acid (mixed, alkaline) reflux, cough and dysphonia, which may be associated with the presence of erosive defects in the esophageal mucosa.

The severity of GERD symptoms often increases in the supine position, so patients ‘ condition worsens at night.

The combination of hyaluronic acid and chondroitin sulfate provides protection for the gastric and esophageal mucosa. The presence of the Poloxamer 407 component in Alfasoxx, which has a high bioadhesive ability, ensures reliable contact of the hyaluronic acid – chondroitin sulfate complex with the surface of the esophageal wall, helping to protect it from the aggressive effects of gastric hydrochloric acid.

Chondroitin sulfate also helps restore the mucous membrane of the esophagus and stomach. Alfasoxx helps to reduce inflammation and heal mucosal erosions in esophagitis and gastroduodenitis.

Indications

Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux.

Recommendations for use

Sachets: 1 sachet (10 ml) after the main meals and before going to bed, or as recommended by your doctor.

Contraindications

It is not recommended to use Alfasoxx in cases of known or suspected hypersensitivity to any of its components.

It is not recommended to use Alfasoxx in pregnant and lactating women, as appropriate studies have not been conducted.

Special instructions

Do not exceed the recommended dose. If symptoms of GER persist, or if any adverse events occur, you should consult a doctor. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package. Do not freeze it.
