Pharmacological action

Alfavit Effect contains 13 vitamins and 9 minerals. Vitamin and mineral complex Alfavit Effect is designed for people who lead an active lifestyle. It compensates for the increased consumption of vitamins and minerals during periods of intense physical and mental stress. The complex includes toning plant extracts and natural energy, as well as all the necessary vitamins and minerals.

The morning (red) tablet contains two very important amino acids for the energy of the body — carnitine and taurine, as well as extracts of Eleutherococcus and green tea.

Carnitine is necessary for the body to use fat as a “fuel”. With a lack of this amino acid, the work of the heart muscle can be disrupted, the energy supply of which is based on the” burning ” of fats.

Taurine regulates the water-salt balance, participates as a neurotransmitter in the process of transmitting nerve impulses, and improves the energy of the heart muscle.

Eleutherococcus (Siberian ginseng) it is well known for its tonic, adaptogenic, and immunomodulatory effects. It improves cellular metabolism, the functional state of the nervous and cardiovascular systems.

Green tea extract is one of the most powerful natural antioxidants and has a light tonic effect.

How to take, course of use and dosage
