Recommendations for the use

of Oregano for laryngitis and sore throat. To prepare this preparation, you need to take 10 grams of oregano grass and 20 grams of chamomile flowers. We mix all this and pour a glass of boiling water on 1 tablespoon of this mixture. Close the lid and wait for half an hour. After straining the finished broth, it can be used for mouthwashes. Gargling should be done with a warm decoction at least four and no more than five times a day.

Oregano choleretic. Take 1 tablespoon of the herb of the plant and pour half a liter of boiling water, cover with a lid and leave for half an hour to infuse. Don’t forget to strain! Take this remedy 3 times a day for 2 tablespoons 15 minutes before meals.

Decoction of oregano. We take 1 tablespoon of oregano and pour 100 ml of water, put it in a water bath and close the lid. After 20 minutes, remove from the heat and filter. Drink this decoction should be warm for 100 ml a couple of times a day before meals.

Oregano powder for the common cold and headache. Take dried grass and oregano flowers, grind them to a powder state, and smell them.

Contraindications
