Composition

One suppository contains:

Active ingredients:  

Benzocaine — 100.0 mg

Bismuth subgallate — 40.0 mg

Levomenthol-4.0 mg

Zinc oxide-20.0 mg;

Auxiliary substances:  

Polyethylene oxide base: (macrogol-1500-95%, macrogol 400-5% — – until receiving a suppository weighing 2.60 g

Pharmacological action

Combined preparation, has a local anesthetic, antiseptic, astringent and drying effect.

Indications

Hemorrhoids, anal fissures.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

The use of Anestezol® during pregnancy and lactation is possible if the potential benefit to the mother outweighs the risk to the child and fetus.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, children (up to 12 years).

Side effects

Burning sensation in the anus, laxative effect, allergic reactions.

Interaction

Drug interaction of the drug Anestezol® not described.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Rectally, after a cleansing enema or self-emptying of the intestine. Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 suppository 1-2 times a day.

Suppositories are yellow or greenish-yellow in color, torpedo-shaped.

Special instructions

Do not use the drug Anestezol for transport drivers at work.

The use of Anestezol® during pregnancy and lactation is possible if the potential benefit to the mother outweighs the risk to the child and fetus.

Form of production

Rectal suppositories. 5 suppositories each in a contour cell package. Two contour cell packages together with instructions for medical use of the drug are placed in a cardboard pack.

Storage conditions

In a place protected from light at a temperature not exceeding 20°C. Keep out of reach of children.

Shelf

life is 3 years. Do not use the product after the expiration date.
