The contents of the balloon are a clear, colorless liquid with a faint smell of chamomile, with a salty taste, which is a sterile solution of sea water, with a hypertonic concentration of NaCl and extracts of Aloe vera (0.025% solution) and Roman Chamomile (0.025% solution).
