All you need is boiled water at a temperature of 34-36 degrees! 

The nasal lavage procedure is simple and safe for 3-year-olds, pregnant and lactating women, and is suitable for regular use.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Pour 50 ml of boiled drinking water at a temperature of 34-36°C into the device’s container and fill the contents of one sachet.
