Composition

Microcrystalline cellulose (carrier), potassium asparaginate, magnesium asparaginate, magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), tablet shell:  hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (thickener), polyethylene glycol (stabilizer), titanium dioxide (dye).

Pharmacological action

Asparmac is an additional source of potassium, magnesium, aspartic acid and vitamin B6, which have a multidirectional effect on the body – in particular, on the cardiovascular and nervous systems.

• A decrease in the level of magnesium in the blood leads to changes in the heart rate and vascular tone, which, in turn, can lead to an increase in blood pressure. Magnesium helps to relax blood vessels and, accordingly, reduce blood pressure. Magnesium helps the aspirin act to prevent the formation of blood clots. One of the main tasks of magnesium is to protect the nervous system from various stresses. It inhibits excessive excitation of nerve cells in the brain and helps to eliminate irritability and anxiety, reduce the body’s sensitivity to external influences. This macronutrient helps to increase concentration, improve the quality of sleep.
• Excessive sodium content in the diet of modern humans (table salt and other types of salt) causes a potassium deficiency, on the one hand, and an increase in the amount of sodium, on the other. For this reason, the amount of circulating fluid in the body may increase and an increase in blood pressure may develop.

Aspartic acid is an amino acid that is part of proteins. In its free form, it is:

• involved in the production of pyrimidine bases of the structural elements of DNA and RNA, thanks to the metabolic processes which are synthesized proteins for the growth and activity of cardiac cells (cardiomyocytes) and nervous tissue (neurons);
• involved in the production of the main source of energy for cardiomyocytes and neurons – adenosine triphosphate (ATP), providing well-coordinated work of the heart;
• is responsible for the intracellular accumulation of potassium and magnesium
• has a protective effect on the Central nervous system, helping to reduce toxic ammonia;
• provides adaptive effect by increasing the amount of glucose and, consequently, glycogen to provide energy supply of cells and increase the body’s resistance to oxygen deficiency and other external influences.

As a carrier of potassium and magnesium ions across cell membranes, aspartic acid provides their higher bioavailability.

• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) contributes to a more complete absorption and retention of magnesium in the cell, normalization of the nervous system. It is involved in the metabolism of nerve tissue proteins and has an antioxidant effect.

Indications

As a source of aspartic acid, an additional source of vitamin B6 and magnesium.

Recommendations for use

Adults take 2 tablets 3 times a day with meals. The duration of admission is 1 month. If necessary, you can repeat the procedure.

Individual intolerance to the components, pregnancy, breast-feeding.
