Composition

Magnesium oxide, tryptophan, ascorbic acid, zinc sulfate, selenomethionine, stearic acid calcium salt, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, cyanocobalamin, folic acid, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).

Indications

As a dietary supplement – an additional source of magnesium, zinc, selenium and vitamins C, B2, B6, B9, B12, containing tryptophan.

Description

Studies show that taking oral contraceptives for more than six months leads to depletion of vitamin and mineral reserves. • Tryptophan is a non-amine amino acid that is not synthesized in the human body. At the same time, tryptophan is involved in many vital processes: maintaining nitrogen balance, acts of excitation and inhibition, as well as the transformation of one type of energy into another. Tryptophan is involved in the synthesis of proteins and a number of biologically active substances: vitamin B3, serotonin, melatonin and others. Insufficient tryptophan intake leads to irritability, anxiety, and problems with falling asleep. The use of sufficient tryptophan relieves headaches and migraines, helps to cope with sleep disorders, eliminates anxiety and depression, and helps to strengthen the immune system.
