Composition

Active ingredients:

dexpanthenol-50 mg;

chlorhexidine hydrochloride-5 mg;

Auxiliary substances:

D, L-pantolactone,

cetyl alcohol,

stearyl alcohol,

Pharmacological action

Chlorhexidine is an antiseptic that is active against bacteria that are usually present on the skin or got on the skin as a result of contamination of the wound.

Dexpanthenol is rapidly converted to pantothenic acid in the skin cells, which plays an important role in both the formation and healing of damaged skin.

The drug reduces pain due to its cooling effect. When applied to the wound surface, it protects against infection, promoting healing. Easy to apply and wash off. The cream is non-greasy and does not stick.

Indications

-Treatment and treatment of small wounds with a threat of infection, such as abrasions, scratches, small cuts and scratches, cracks, light burns;

Contraindications

Interaction

As a precautionary measure regarding possible interactions (antagonism or inactivation), Bepanthen plus should not be used simultaneously with other antiseptics.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Apply a thin layer once or several times a day on the previously cleaned wound surface or on inflamed skin areas. Wound treatment can be carried out both in an open way and with the use of bandages.

Special instructions

Do not use at the same time as other antiseptics. Chlorhexidine is incompatible with soap and other anionic compounds.

Avoid contact with mucous membranes. Large, heavily soiled and deep wounds, as well as bitten and stab wounds require medical intervention (danger of tetanus).
