Composition

of “BIOTA” No. 1 (probiotic) : Dry protein hydrolysate of natural cow’s skimmed milk, including biologically active symbiotic microflora, peptides and oligopeptides (fractions of casein hydrolysate – milk protein). Biologically active peptides and oligopeptides are obtained as a result of enzymatic hydrolysis of casein by bifido – and lactobacilli, acetic acid and lactic acid streptococci, propionic acid bacteria, lactostreptococci, milk yeast, etc. The product also contains enzymes, amino acids, vitamins, macro-and microelements. “BIOTA” No. 2 (prebiotic) COMPOSITION: Crushed burdock roots contain a large amount of inulin polysaccharide (up to 45%), protein (up to 12.5%), asparagine, essential bardan oil and fatty oil (up to 0.17%), tannins, bitterness, palmitic and stearic acids, sitosterol, sigmasterin, phytosterol, mucus, resins, macro -, micro – and ultramicroelements.

Pharmacological action

Recommendations for use

Adults should take 1 capsule of BIOTA No. 1 and BIOTA No. 2 at the same time 1 to 3 times a day before or during meals, washed down with water. Application of “BIOTA” No. 1 is possible both in capsule form and in the form of various drinks based on dry hydrolysate of natural cow’s skimmed milk proteins.

Method of preparation of fermented milk product “BIOTA” No. 1

Pour the contents of 4 capsules of “BIOTA” No. 1 into a glass container with a volume of 1 liter of warm (25-30 °C) natural or pasteurized milk with a fat content of 0.5-2.5%. You can add 0.5 teaspoons of honey or sugar. Close the container tightly and shake it periodically, including during use of the product. Mixing promotes aeration and even distribution of microorganisms in the sourdough. Ferment for 3 days at a temperature of 25-28 °C.

The result is a homogeneous mass, with the smell of homemade kefir and gets a refreshing yeast and light sour-wine taste. A slight separation of the serum is allowed.

For regular production of fermented milk product” BIOTA ” No. 1 at home in glass containers of 1-2 liters, it is recommended to leave up to 50% of the product as the required volume of sourdough for subsequent preparation of a fermented milk product based on it by adding milk until the container is filled, while honey or sugar is added again.

The specified resumption of the process of preparing a fermented milk product with a residue of up to 50% of the product in the container is allowed no more than ten times. Next, you need to use a new portion of dry sourdough. The volume of the container for preparing a fermented milk product is not actually limited, but it implies a proportional increase in the initial amount of dry sourdough.

Method of preparation of honey drink based on” BIOTA ” No. 1

Recommended for lactose intolerance.

In a 1-liter glass jar with non-chlorinated boiled and cooled to room temperature water, add the contents of 4 capsules of “BIOTA” No. 1 and 1 tablespoon of honey. Stir and leave for 1-2 days at room temperature (20-25 °C). Then maintain the Symbiosys in the same way as in the case of a fermented milk drink. If there is a ready-made fermented milk drink “BIOTA” No. 1, then for the preparation of a honey drink, instead of dry powder from capsules, you can use half a glass of whey from this drink.

Container with BIOTA drink No. 1 for use during the day is recommended to be stored

at 15-20 °C away from direct sunlight, long-term storage is better at 4-8 °C.

Recommended consumption of BIOTA drink No. 1:
