Composition

Microcrystalline cellulose (carrier), gelatin capsule (gelatin, anthocyanins (dye), titanium dioxide (dye)), vitamin C, zinc oxide, blueberry fruit extract, lutein, rutin, aerosil (anti-caking agent), calcium stearate (anti-caking agent).

Recommendations for use

Children from 3 to 7 years old: 1 capsule 2 times a day, children from 7 to 14 years old: 1 capsule 3 times a day, adults and children over 14 years old: 2 capsules 2 times a day with meals. The duration of admission is 1 month. The recommended intake provides the physiological need for vitamin C for children from 3 to 7 years by 60% (30 mg), from 7 to 11 years by 75% (45 mg), from 11 to 14 years by 75% – for girls (45 mg), by 64.3% – for boys (45 mg), for adults – by 100% of the recommended daily intake (60 mg). The recommended intake provides the physiological need for zinc for children from 3 to 7 years by 75% (6 mg), from 7 to 11 years by 90% (9 mg), from 11 to 14 years by 75% (9 mg), for adults – by 80% of the recommended level of daily intake (12 mg).
