Pharmacological action

A source of essential amino acids (methionine, cysteine) and an additional source of B vitamins (B1, B2, PP, B6, folic acid).

Essential sulfur-containing amino acids L-methionine and L-cysteine are the main suppliers of sulfur to the human body. The level of these amino acids depends on the condition of the skin, hair, nails.

B vitamins (a rich source of which is brewer’s yeast) contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, maintain the status of the body, improve the condition of the skin and hair.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Adults take 2 tablets 3 times a day with meals. The duration of admission is 1 month.

Daily intake (6 tablets) contains at least: L-methionine – 480 mg – 26.7% of AUP, L – cysteine – 270 mg -15% of AUP, vitamin B1 – 1.02 mg – 73% of AUP, vitamin B2 – 0.9 mg – 56% of AUP, vitamin B6 – 1.2 mg – 60% of AUP, vitamin PP (niacin, B3) – 9 mg – 50% of AUP, folic acid (B9) – 162 mcg – 81% of the AUP. AUP – an adequate level of consumption per day. Energy value per 100 g: 260.2 kcal/1089 KJ Food value per 100 g of product: protein – 30.3 g; fat – 1.4 g; carbohydrates – 31.6 g.
