Pharmacological action
Pharmacological action-sedative, distracting, local irritant, expectorant, local anesthetic, carminative, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory.
Combined herbal medicine, the action of which is due to the properties of its constituent components.
- Thyme oil has an expectorant effect by diluting sputum, reducing its viscosity and speeding up the evacuation from the bronchi, as well as has an antimicrobial and bronchodilator effect.
- Anise oil has an expectorant effect by enhancing the activity of the ciliated epithelium of the bronchi, as well as antispasmodic and antimicrobial effects.
- Chinese lemongrass oil has an antimicrobial and antifungal (fungistatic) effect, improves intestinal motility and stimulates the secretion of gastric juice.
- Clove oil has antimicrobial, antifungal and antiviral, as well as antispasmodic effects. When applied topically, it has a local irritant and analgesic effect.
- Lemon oil increases the functional activity of the stomach.
- Lavender oil is obtained from narrow-leaved lavender and broad-leaved lavender. It has sedative, carminative and choleretic effects.
- Sage oil has antimicrobial, antiviral, and antifungal effects. Reduces sweating.
- Nutmeg oil stimulates the functions of the gastrointestinal tract, has a choleretic effect.

Indications
For oral use:
- Treatment and prevention of inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract (including influenza and acute respiratory viral infections).
- Symptoms of dyspepsia (including nausea, heaviness in the epigastric region, flatulence).
- Increased nervous excitability and irritability, feeling of internal tension.
For external use:
- Arthralgia (including rheumatism).
- Myalgia of various origins.
- Neuritis of the sciatic nerve.
- Headache.
- Itching of the skin.
- An insect bite.
For inhalation use:
- Inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract, accompanied by cough.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
During pregnancy and lactation, children Karmolis drops are contraindicated.
Contraindications
- Cholecystitis.

How to take, course of use and dosage
- For the treatment and prevention of inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract
For the treatment and prevention of inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract, adults are prescribed inside 10-20 drops diluted in a glass of water or 3-5 drops per piece of sugar up to 5 times/day.
- For inhalation, add 20-25 drops to 1 liter of hot water, mix and breathe steam under a towel.
When coughing, the drug is applied to the skin of the chest and the interscapular area and rubbed well, after which these areas are covered with a warm cloth.
- For arthralgia, myalgia, lumbago, sciatica
For arthralgia, Myalgia, Lumbago, sciatica, the drug is applied to the affected area. To enhance the therapeutic effect, the painful area should be kept warm (cover with a warm cloth or bandage).
- For dyspepsia and as a sedative
In cases of dyspepsia and as a sedative, the drug is prescribed orally 3-4 times/day for 10-20 drops on a piece of sugar or diluted in a glass of water.
- For insect bites, itching of the skin
In case of insect bites, itching of the skin, lubricate (without rubbing) the drug with damaged skin areas several times a day.
Special instructions
After using the product for rubbing, wash your hands thoroughly.
Please note that the drug contains 64% ethanol. The average recommended dose contains 540 mg of ethanol. The ethanol content should also be taken into account when prescribing other medications at the same time.
When applied topically, avoid contact with the eyes.
