Chaga (birch mushroom) contains phenolic compounds, humic chaga acid, organic acids and other biologically active substances.

Pharmacological action

The drug regulates metabolic processes, has anti-inflammatory, tonic properties, promotes the increase of the body’s defenses.

Indications

Chronic gastritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer without exacerbation, gastrointestinal dyskinesia of the hypokinetic type, as well as as a symptomatic agent for oncological diseases, improving the general condition of cancer patients.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the drug. Pregnancy, lactation period, age up to 18 years.

Side effects

Possible allergic reactions. With prolonged non-continuous use of chaga preparations, increased excitability, vegetative lability, and dyspeptic phenomena may occur. In these cases, you should reduce the dose or discontinue the drug.

Interaction

Simultaneous use of penicillins and intravenous dextrose is not recommended.

How to take, course of use and dosage

of 50 g of crushed chaga is poured with 0.5 liters of warm boiled water, infused for 2 days at room temperature, filtered, raw materials are squeezed, the volume of the resulting infusion is brought with boiled water to 0.5 liters.

Take the infusion inside 1/2 cup 6 times a day or 1 cup 3 times a day.

It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

Description

Special instructions

When treating with chaga preparations, a dairy-plant diet is indicated, limiting the intake of fats and meat, excluding smoked products, spicy seasonings, and canned food. For diseases that are accompanied by fluid retention in the body, it is necessary to limit the use of water.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry place, protected from light. The finished infusion should be stored in a cool place for no more than 2 days. Keep out of reach of children.
