Pharmacological action

The tool is designed for use in medical institutions: hygienic processing of hands of medical personnel, including personnel of ambulances;

the processing of hands of surgeons, surgical nurses, midwives and other persons involved in the operations and delivery; hygienic processing of hands of medical personnel of medical institutions, medical workers in preschool and school institutions, institutions of social security.

As well as for hygienic treatment of hands of students of general education institutions; hygienic treatment of hands of employees of perfume and cosmetics and chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises, public utilities;

employees of food enterprises, public catering enterprises and food trade enterprises.

Hygienic treatment of hands of employees of poultry, livestock, pig and fur farms; hand treatment by the population, protection from microbes in public places, in nature, as well as as a preventive measure in the form of irrigation, rinses and applications on the surface of the skin and mucous membranes.

Indications

The product “Chlorhexidine bigluconate 0.05% – Yuzhpharm” is intended for use in medical institutions:

• for hygienic processing of hands of medical personnel, including staff ambulances;
• for disinfection of the skin of the injection field;
• for sanitary processing of integuments and leather feet to prevent fungal diseases;
• for disinfection worn by personnel of rubber gloves (made of materials resistant to chemicals) during surgical interventions and surgical antiseptics, when working with potentially infected material (microbiological lab and others); in the collection of medical waste classes B and C.
• for the disinfection of small tools simple configuration;
• as a preventive measure in the form of irrigation, rinsing and applications on the surface of the skin mucous membranes;
• for hygienic processing of hands of students of educational institutions of the staff for children of preschool and school institutions, establishments of social security (nursing home, hospice, etc. ), employees of the perfumery and cosmetic enterprises (including Barber shops, beauty salons, etc. ), catering, community facilities, businesses, food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries

Recommendations for use

Hand hygiene: 3 ml of the product is applied to the hands and rubbed into the skin until it dries for 30 seconds. Treatment of the injection field, including at the site of vaccination: the skin is wiped with a sterile cotton swab or irrigated until it is completely moistened, followed by an exposure time of 30 seconds. Preventive treatment of the feet, sanitary treatment of the skin: thoroughly treat each foot or skin area with a profusely moistened cotton swab with different cotton swabs or irrigate with the product until the skin is completely moistened, the exposure time is at least 30 seconds. Treatment of gloves worn on the hands of personnel: the outer surface of the gloves is thoroughly wiped with a sterile swab, abundantly moistened with the product. Processing time – at least 1 minute. Exposure – until the glove surface is completely dry. Small tools of a simple configuration: (in health care facilities, beauty salons, hairdressers, manicure and pedicure rooms, etc. ) must be completely immersed in the product immediately after its application. The thickness of the product layer above the products should be at least 1 cm. After the end of disinfection exposure for 5 minutes, the products are removed from the container and washed with running drinking water for at least 1 minute. As a preventive measure in the form of irrigation, rinsing and applications-5-10 ml of the solution is applied to the surface of the skin or mucous membranes with an exposure of 1-3 minutes 2-3 times a day (on a tampon or by irrigation).

Contraindications

Skin-resorptive and sensitizing properties in the recommended modes of use of the product were not detected. The product has a moderate irritating effect on the mucous membranes of the eyes.

Special instructions

Use only for external use. It is forbidden to use the product after the expiration date. If the product accidentally gets into the stomach, it is recommended to drink several glasses of water with the addition of an adsorbent (for example,10-15 crushed activated carbon tablets per glass of water). Do not induce vomiting!Seek medical attention if necessary.
