Carefully assemble the product from the top to the toe. 2. Insert your foot into the part of the product that corresponds to the foot. 3. Properly fix the toe and heel of the product on the foot. 4. Using the palms of your hands, gently, with a little effort, stretch the product from the ankle to the knee. Never pull the product by the upper elastic band. 5. Repeat the same procedure for the other leg. 6. Carefully distribute the product up to the groin, excluding twisting. IMPORTANT – if these are stockings, never pull the product by the silicone strip, as the product may be damaged and will not hold on to the foot.

Contraindications

Exudative dermatitis, gangrene, arteriosclerosis, pulmonary edema, severe heart failure, open wounds, individual intolerance to materials used in production. Storage conditions:  store at room temperature.
