Composition

• Magnesium oxide,
• motherwort herb

Active ingredients

• Griffonia extract, a woody shrub native to West and Central Africa, is an important source of 5-hydroxytryptophan (a precursor to serotonin). Lack of this hormone affects the development of depression. The high efficiency of 5-hydroxytryptophan, which is comparable to modern antidepressants, has been shown in a number of special scientific studies.
• Motherwort herb extract regulates the functional state of the central nervous system, reduces increased nervous excitability, and improves sleep.
