Retinol acetate ensures the normal function of the skin, mucous membranes, and the organ of vision.
Thiamine chloride as a coenzyme is involved in carbohydrate metabolism, the functioning of the nervous system.
Riboflavin is an essential catalyst for cellular respiration and visual perception.
Pyridoxine hydrochloride as a coenzyme is involved in protein metabolism and the synthesis of neurotransmitters.
Cyanocobalamin is involved in the synthesis of nucleotides, is an important factor in the normal growth, hematopoiesis and development of epithelial cells; it is necessary for folic acid metabolism and myelin synthesis.
Nicotinamide is involved in the processes of tissue respiration, fat and carbohydrate metabolism.
Ascorbic acid provides collagen synthesis; participates in the formation and maintenance of the structure and function of cartilage, bones, teeth; affects the formation of hemoglobin, maturation of red blood cells.
Rutoside is involved in redox processes, has antioxidant properties, prevents oxidation and promotes the deposition of ascorbic acid in tissues.
Calcium pantothenate as a component of coenzyme A plays an important role in the processes of acetylation and oxidation; it contributes to the construction and regeneration of the epithelium and endothelium.
Folic acid takes part in the synthesis of amino acids, nucleotides, and nucleic acids; it is necessary for normal erythropoiesis.
Lipoic acid is involved in the regulation of lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, has a lipotropic effect, affects cholesterol metabolism, and improves liver function.
alpha-tocopherol acetate has antioxidant properties, supports the stability of red blood cells, prevents hemolysis; has a positive effect on the functions of the sex glands, nervous and muscle tissue.
Iron is involved in erythropoiesis, as part of hemoglobin, it provides oxygen transport to tissues.
Copper-prevents anemia and oxygen starvation of organs and tissues, helps prevent osteoporosis. Strengthens the walls of blood vessels.
Calcium is necessary for the formation of bone matter, blood clotting, the transmission of nerve impulses, contraction of skeletal and smooth muscles, and normal myocardial activity.
Cobalt-regulates metabolic processes, increases the body’s defenses.
Manganese-prevents osteoarthritis. It has anti-inflammatory properties.
Zinc-an immunostimulator promotes the absorption of vitamin A. It promotes hair regeneration and growth.
Magnesium-normalizes blood pressure, has a calming effect, stimulates the production of calcitonin and parathyroid hormone together with calcium, and prevents the formation of kidney stones.
Phosphorus-strengthens bone tissue and teeth, increases mineralization, is a part of ATP-the energy source of cells.
-Prevention and treatment of hypo-and avitaminosis, mineral deficiency;- increased physical and intellectual loads;- the period of convalescence after the transferred infectious and cold diseases;- with unbalanced and inadequate nutrition, and compliance with diets.
The use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation is contraindicated.
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
Children under 12 years of age.
Possible allergic reactions to the components of the drug.
The drug contains iron and calcium, so it delays the absorption of antibiotics from the tetracycline group and fluoroquinolone derivatives in the intestine.
Concomitant use of vitamin C and short-acting sulfonamide preparations increases the risk of crystalluria.
Antacids containing aluminum, magnesium, calcium, and colestyramine reduce iron absorption.
When taking diuretics from the thiazide group at the same time, the likelihood of developing hypercalcemia increases.
Adults are prescribed the drug inside, after a meal.
For the prevention of hypovitaminosis — 1 tablet of Complivit 1 time/day.
For conditions accompanied by an increased need for vitamins and minerals-1 tablet 2 times a day.
Duration of the course – according to the doctor’s recommendation.

Complivit complex is designed to fill the physiological need for vitamins and minerals. The vitamin and mineral complex is balanced taking into account the daily requirement.
Compatibility of the components in 1 tablet is provided by a special production technology for vitamin preparations.
Possible staining of urine in a bright yellow color is completely harmless and is explained by the presence of riboflavin in the preparation.
It is not recommended to use Complivit® simultaneously with other medications containing vitamins and minerals.
Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms
The drug does not adversely affect the ability to drive vehicles and perform other potentially dangerous activities that require increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.
