Composition

10 ml of syrup contains:

active ingredients:

Holy Basil Leaf Extract Dry (Ocimum sanctum L. ) 50 mg,

Adatoda Vascular Leaf Extract Dry (Adhatoda vasica Nees. ) 400 mg,

Alpina Galanga leaf extract dry (Alpina galanga L. ) 400 mg,

Licorice Bare root and Rhizome extract dry (Glycyrrhiza glabra L. ) 400 mg,

Long Pepper fruit Extract dry (Piper longum L. ) 200 mg,

Field mint leaf extract dry (Mentha arvensis L. ) 2 mg,

excipients:

citric acid anhydrous,

sodium benzoate,

methyl parahydroxybenzoate,

propyl parahydroxybenzoate,

sucrose,

purified water.

Pharmacological action

Kuka-a combined preparation of plant origin, has an expectorant, anti-inflammatory and mucolytic effect.

Indications

In adults, as a means of symptomatic therapy for respiratory diseases accompanied by a cough with sputum that is difficult to separate (laryngitis, tracheitis, bronchitis).

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Due to the current lack of sufficient research, the drug is not recommended for use during pregnancy and lactation.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, children’s age (up to 18 years).

Side effects

Possible allergic reactions. In this case, you should stop taking the drug and seek medical advice.

Interaction

Kook syrup should not be used simultaneously with antitussive medications and medications that reduce the formation of sputum, as this makes it difficult to cough up liquefied sputum.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Inside 1-2 teaspoons of syrup 3 times a day.

The course of treatment is 2 weeks.

Overdose

Special instructions

The drug contains sucrose: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) contains 0.2 bread units, which should be taken into account in patients suffering from diabetes and people on a hypocaloric diet.
