Pharmacological action

Pharmaceutical group:

Pharmaceutical action:

 Stimulator of tissue repair.

When hyaluronic acid interacts with water molecules, a dispersion matrix is formed that replenishes the missing cellular tissue. It forms a natural supporting scaffold for cells involved in wound healing, increases the activity of granulocytes and macrophages, and enhances fibroblast proliferation and angiogenesis.

Compared to sodium hyaluronate, zinc hyaluronate has a bacteriostatic effect against many bacteria.

Pharmacokinetics:

When applied topically, it is practically not absorbed, and a small amount of the drug is detected in the plasma.

Indications

– as part of complex therapy for the local treatment of poorly healing, infected wounds, leg ulcers, bedsores, fistulas, as well as to accelerate the normal healing of wounds.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

It is contraindicated to use during pregnancy and lactation.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug Kuriosin.

Side effects

Local reactions: at the beginning of treatment, there may be a slight burning sensation; there may be a feeling of tightening of the skin, hyperemia of the skin.

Usually, these manifestations disappear on their own with continued therapy.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Gel for external use is used to treat acne vulgaris.

The drug should be applied to thoroughly cleansed skin in a thin layer 2 times a day.
