Pharmacological action
Dalargin is an anti-ulcer drug.
Reduces the secretion of gastric juice and pancreas.
Pharmacodynamics
Reduces the synthesis of proteolytic enzymes in the pancreas, limits the foci of necrosis and promotes their replacement with full-fledged tissue.
Indications
Peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, pancreatitis and pancreatic necrosis (in adults).
Contraindications
Tendency to hypotension, poisoning with sleeping pills and narcotic drugs, acute infectious diseases, pregnancy.
Side effects
Hypotension, hyperemia, soreness (at the injection site), allergic reactions.
How to take, course of use and dosage
Either intravenously or intramuscularly.
Peptic ulcer disease — 0,001–0,002 g (0.005 mg per day), dose — 0.03–0.05 g;
in acute pancreatitis — in/in,0.002 g, then 0.005 g 1-2 times a day for 4-6 days;
when pancreatic necrosis in/0,005 g every 6-8 h for 2-6 days in a/m 0,002–0,003 g 2 times a day.
