Derinat-stimulating hematopoiesis, regenerating, reparative, wound healing, immunomodulating.

Pharmacodynamics

The drug has a modulating effect on the cellular and humoral links of the immune system and non-specific resistance of the body, which leads to optimization of the inflammatory response and specific immune response to bacterial, viral and fungal antigens.

Immunomodulatory effect of Derinat® It is determined by its ability to stimulate B-lymphocytes, activate T-helper cells and cells of the monocyte-macrophage system. The drug accelerates energy metabolism inside the cell, RNA and DNA synthesis. Activation of cellular immunity by Derinate ® increases the ability of natural killers to affect cells affected by viruses, Chlamydia, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Helicobacter, etc. Derinat® It stimulates reparative and regenerative processes.

The drug has anti-inflammatory, antitumor, anti-allergic and detoxifying effects, as well as antioxidant and membrane-stabilizing properties. Derinat ® normalizes the state of the body in dystrophies of vascular origin, has a weakly expressed anticoagulant effect.

Derinat® promotes the removal of free radicals from the body, reduces the sensitivity of cells to the damaging effects of chemotherapeutic drugs.

Side effects

Local reactions: moderate pain at the injection site.

Interaction

Combined use with other medications may increase the therapeutic effect of Derinat. When used together, Derinat may enhance the effect of anticoagulants.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Externally, locally.

The drug is prescribed to children from the first day of life and adults.

For the prevention of acute respiratory viral infections — in each nasal passage 2 drops 2-4 times a day for 1 month. If symptoms of colds appear-every 1-1.5 hours during the day, then 2-3 drops in each nasal passage 3-4 times a day for 7-10 days (until recovery). For inflammatory diseases of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses-3-5 drops in each nasal passage 3-6 times a day or enter cotton swabs with the drug in each nasal passage 1-2 times a day for 5-10 minutes, the course duration is 1-2 weeks.

For chronic inflammatory diseases; fungal, bacterial and other infections and violations of the integrity of the mucous membrane in gynecological practice-intravaginal use followed by irrigation of the cervix or intravaginal use of tampons with the drug,5 ml per procedure 1-2 times a day for 10-14 days.

Inflammatory eye diseases of viral and bacterial nature (conjunctivitis, keratitis, adenovirus keratoconjunctivitis, uveitis, maculitis, blepharitis) – 2 drops 4-6 times a day, the course is from 10 days to 1-3 months.
