Composition

Film-coated tablets weighing 1.43 g

1% of the recommended daily intake levels according to TR CU 022/2011 (Annex 2).2% of the adequate level of consumption in accordance with the “Uniform sanitary and epidemiological and hygienic requirements for goods subject to sanitary and epidemiological supervision (control)” (Annex 5). * does not exceed the upper permissible consumption level.

Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose (E460i, carrier); maltodextrin; hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (E464, stabilizer); magnesium stearate (E470, anti-caking agent), amorphous silicon dioxide (E551, anti-caking agent); croscaramellose sodium (E468, stabilizer), polyethylene glycol (E1521, stabilizer); talc (E553iii, anti-caking agent).

Pharmacological action

Diferton is a biologically active supplement for maintaining the function of the reproductive system in women with metabolic syndrome.

It was found that the violation of insulin resistance is associated with the appearance of multiple ovarian cysts, an irregular cycle and an increased level of androgens. As a result, women with metabolic syndrome are less likely to become pregnant. There are non-hormonal substances of natural origin that help restore insulin sensitivity and at the same time help improve the functioning of the female reproductive system. These include inositol, alpha-lipoic acid, folic acid, vitamin D3, and manganese, which are all part of the Diferton product.

Inositol is a vitamin-like substance. Two forms have biological activity-myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol. In human blood plasma, they are contained in a ratio of 40: 1. Myo-inositol is converted to D-chiro-inositol in the body. It is D-chiro-inositol that activates the transfer of glucose from the blood to cells and at the same time improves the condition of ovarian tissues, promotes the proper formation of follicles. However, when insulin metabolism is disturbed, this transformation does not occur, and D-chiro-inositol deficiency occurs in the ovaries.

Complex of D-chiro-inositol and myo-inositol:

Diferton contains 1,100 mg of myo-inositol and 27.6 mg of D-chiro-inositol. This ratio corresponds to the concentration of these substances in the blood plasma and leads to an effective elimination of the deficiency of both forms of inositol in all tissues.

All active substances are included in the composition in dosages that have a positive effect on the reproductive system and metabolism, but are safe even with a long course of use.

The components of the product Diferton mutually enhance the effect of each other. For example:

• due to the natural ratio of D-chiro-Inositol and myo-Inositol effect of the reception is achieved in a shorter period of time;
• manganese potentiates the effect of D-chiro-Inositol, which allows the use of lower doses to avoid side effects;
• alpha-lipoic acid in combination with myo-Inositol reduces the level of androgens and improves the quality of maturing follicles.

Indications

As a dietary supplement, an additional source of inositol (_B8), alpha-lipoic acid, folic acid, vitamin D3, and manganese.

The use of the product Diferton is recommended for women with polycystic ovarian syndrome, as well as with impaired insulin sensitivity (metabolic syndrome).

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Contraindicated use during pregnancy and lactation.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Taken orally, during meals.

Adults are prescribed 1 tab. 2 times/day.

The duration of admission is 30 days. If necessary, the course of admission can be repeated.
