the dose (0.5 ml) contains:

sodium chloride-4.0 mg

potassium chloride-0.2 mg

magnesium sulfate heptahydrate-0.05 mg

magnesium chloride hexahydrate-0.05 mg

potassium dihydrogen phosphate-0.03 mg

sodium hydrophosphate to decahydrate-0.06 mg

calcium chloride hexahydrate-0.07 mg

water for injection-up to 0.5 ml

Pharmacological action

Measles and mumps prevention vaccine

Indications

It is used as a solvent for live dry culture measles and mumps vaccines.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Immediately before using one of the vaccines, a solvent is added to the ampoule with the drug at the rate of 0.5 ml of solvent per vaccination dose of the vaccine.

Opening of the ampoule is carried out in strict compliance with the rules of asepsis. Ampoules at the incision site are treated with 70% alcohol and broken off, while preventing alcohol from entering the ampoule.

The required volume is taken from the ampoule with the solvent and transferred to a pre-opened ampoule with a dry vaccine.

The opened ampoule with the solvent, as well as the vaccine, should be used immediately and should not be stored.

Only use the appropriate solvent package to dissolve the 1,2, and 5-dose vaccines.

Storage conditions
