Composition

Dry water extracts of the following plants:

Pharmacological action

Dipana is a hepatoprotector of plant origin. It is a complex of biologically active substances of plant origin that protect the liver from the effects of toxic substances (alcohol, drugs, etc. ), stimulates the regeneration of liver cells; normalizes the protein-synthetic function of the liver; improves the digestive process.

Dipana contains dry water extracts of plants that have the following effects.

• Extracts of picrorhiza curroa rhizomes, leaves and flowers of Andrographis paniculata have a hepatoprotective effect, preventing liver damage by toxic substances and drugs.
• Black nightshade leaf and fruit extract activates the detoxification function of the liver, exerting a stimulating effect on the enzyme systems of hepatocyte mitochondria.
• Extract of water hyssop leaves, roots and leaves of white eclipta have antioxidant properties, improve the overall well-being of patients.
• Burhavia sprawling root extract improves the outflow of bile.
• Extracts of the roots and leaves of phyllanthus niruri and stems of Tinospora cordifera have immunomodulatory activity.
• Medicinal ginger rhizome extract reduces dyspepsia, normalizes intestinal and biliary peristalsis.

Indications

Use during pregnancy and lactation

How to take, course of use and dosage

Tablets should be taken orally, before meals, with a sufficient amount of water.

As a monotherapy for alcoholic disease or fatty liver degeneration, the average recommended dose is 2-3 tablets. ( depending on the severity of the pathology) 2 times / day for 8-12 weeks. As part of the complex therapy of hepatitis, with toxic and drug-induced lesions, cirrhosis of the liver, the drug is prescribed 2 tablets 3 times a day for 4-8 weeks.

For the prevention of liver damage in chronic intoxications,1-2 tablets are prescribed 3 times a day for 4-8 weeks.
