Pharmacological action

Elderberry flowers contain flavonoids, essential oil, glycoside sambunigrin, etc. Infusion of black elderberry flowers has a diaphoretic effect.

How to take, course of use and dosage

1 filter bag (1.5 g) is placed in a glass or enamel dish, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist for 30 minutes.

The filter bag is squeezed out, the volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 100 ml with boiled water.

Take inside in a warm form of 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day.

It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
