Composition

One capsule contains: active ingredients: phospholipids (essential phospholipids) (containing phosphatidylcholine-29%, phosphatidylethanolamine, etc. ) – 300 mg, thiamine mononitrate-6 mg, riboflavin-6 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride-6 mg, alpha-tocopherol acetate (as a semi-finished product 50%: alpha-tocopherol acetate, gelatin) — 6 mg, nicotinamide-30 mg, cyanocobalamin-6 mcg; excipients: sodium methylparahydroxybenzoate-0.4 mg, sodium propylparahydroxybenzoate-0.2 mg, disodium edetate-0.1 mg, butylhydroxytoluene-1.0 mg, magnesium aluminosilicate monohydrate (aluminum-magnesium silicate hydrate) — 5.0 mg, talc-up to 400 mg. Solid gelatin capsules: sodium lauryl sulfate (sodium dodecyl sulfate), titanium dioxide, azorubin dye (karmazin dye), sunset yellow dye, diamond blue dye, quinoline yellow dye, crimson dye [Ponceau-4R], sodium methylparahydroxybenzoate, sodium propylparahydroxybenzoate, water, gelatin.

Action

Combined drug for the treatment of liver diseases. It has hepatoprotective, hypolipidemic and hypoglycemic effects. Inhibits the formation of connective tissue in the liver. Regulates the permeability of biomembranes and the activity of membrane-bound enzymes, ensuring the physiological norm of oxidative phosphorylation processes in cellular metabolism. Restores hepatocyte membranes by structural regeneration and competitive inhibition of peroxide processes. Unsaturated fatty acids, embedded in biomembranes, take on toxicogenic effects instead of liver membrane lipids, normalize liver function, increase its detoxification ability. Various types of essential phospholipids in Essliver Forte ® are ready-made structural elements for liver cells, restore membranes and functional activity of hepatocytes. The combination of vitamins contributes to the normalization of metabolic processes in the body.

Indications

Fatty liver dystrophy of various etiologies, disorders of lipid metabolism of the liver; hepatitis, cirrhosis of the liver; toxic liver damage (alcoholic, narcotic, medicinal); radiation sickness; psoriasis (as part of combination therapy).

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Essliver®may be used with caution Forte during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, children under 12 years of age. Use with caution during pregnancy and lactation.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Take it inside with a meal, swallowing whole with sufficient water. Adults — 2 capsules 2-3 times a day. Children from 12 to 18 years — 1 capsule 2-3 times a day. The duration of the course of treatment is 3 months, if the course of treatment is extended, a doctor’s consultation is necessary. For psoriasis, take 2 capsules 3 times a day for 2 weeks.
