How to take, course of use and dosage

4. Put the mixture in a slow cooker or yogurt maker, turn on and leave for 8-9 hours.
5. The readiness of the product is determined by the formation of a clot. If it appears, turn off the yogurt maker or slow cooker, and put the container with the product in the refrigerator. If there is no clot, leave the mixture for 30-60 minutes, then check again.
6. After the product cools down, it can be consumed. However, it is stored in the refrigerator for no longer than three days. INSTRUCTIONS FOR COOKING IN A THERMOS FLASK: 1. Thoroughly wash and sterilize the sourdough dishes.
