Pharmacological action

Ferrum phosphoricum is a compound of hydrated ferrous iron phosphate, ferric iron phosphate and hydrated iron oxides; gray-blue powder, practically insoluble in water and alcohol.

Clinical observations have confirmed the effect of Ferrum phosphoricum on inflammatory processes, accompanied by a slight increase in body temperature, asthenia and a tendency to local hyperemia or bleeding (in particular, nasal).

Indications

The key symptoms for prescribing the drug

• are a tendency to bleed;
• dry throat;
• stabbing pain in the chest;
• scapuloachial pain and / or brachyalgia, usually on the right side;
• hot flushes to the face;

How to take, course of use and dosage

Sublingual.

Granules should be absorbed in the mouth 30 minutes before meals or 60 minutes after meals.

For children from 0 to 3 years of age, the pellets are pre-diluted, shaking, in 10-15 ml of water at room temperature and given to drink.

The optimal amount per dose is 5 pellets.
