Pharmacological action
Fucortsin has antiseptic and antifungal effects.
Indications
pustular and fungal skin diseases; superficial wounds; erosions; cracks; skin abrasions.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Do not apply the drug to large areas of the skin, as the phenol included in its composition easily penetrates the blood and can cause toxic phenomena (dizziness, weakness, respiratory distress, collapse /sharp drop in blood pressure).
Side effects
A short-term burning sensation and pain that passes on its own and does not require discontinuation of the drug.
Interaction
Interactions with other medicinal products are unknown.
How to take, course of use and dosage
Externally. The solution is applied with a cotton swab or brush to the affected areas of the skin 2-4 times a day.
After the liquid dries, ointments and pastes can be applied to the treated area.
Special instructions
Do not apply the drug to large areas of the skin, because phenol, which is part of the solution, easily penetrates the blood and can cause toxic effects (dizziness, weakness, respiratory disorders, collapse).
