How to take, course of use and dosage

Inside, on an empty stomach,40 minutes before breakfast. 7 g (an incomplete dessert or a teaspoon full with a slide) of Gelenk Nahrung powder is mixed with still water (about 200 ml) and taken once a day.

One package of Gelenk Nahrung (600 grams) is designed for a full course (85 days).
