Adults take 2-3 teaspoons 3 times a day with meals, adding to tea or other beverages. The duration of admission is 2-3 weeks.

A tonic that has a mild diuretic effect. In folk medicine, cranberries with licorice root and mother-and-stepmother are used for colds complicated by coughing. In addition, the collection is used to improve appetite, assimilation of food, to enhance the release of gastric juice; used for gastritis with low acidity, with inflammation of the pancreas; to prevent the formation of kidney stones, with diseases of the urinary tract and liver, with rheumatism and malaria; for antipyretic effect due to diaphoretic and diuretic action. Cranberry berries contain carbohydrates: glucose, fructose, sucrose; organic acids, quinic, malic, citric; essential oils, tannins, iodine, potassium salts, carotene and vitamin C.
