Pharmacological action
Antiseptic, has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and local anesthetic properties.
Indications
Infectious and inflammatory diseases of the mouth, throat, and larynx:
- tonsillitis;
- pharyngitis;
- laryngitis (including professional ones – in teachers, speakers, chemical and coal industry workers);
- hoarseness;
- inflammation of the oral mucosa and gums (aphthous stomatitis, gingivitis, thrush).
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Contraindicated in children under 5 years of age.

Side effects
It is possible to develop an allergic reaction to any of the components that make up the drug.
How to take, course of use and dosage
Adults-every 2 hours to dissolve 1 tablet or lozenge Gorpils. The maximum daily dose is 8 tablets or lozenges. Children from 5 years — 1 tablet or lozenges every 4 hours. Possible allergic reactions.
Overdose
The use of the drug is safe for health, but an overdose may cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach discomfort.
With the development of such symptoms, symptomatic treatment is indicated.
