- Citric acid monohydrate-0.058 mg

- Methylparahydroxybenzoate (methylparaben) – 0.184 mg
- Propyl parahydroxybenzoate (propylparaben) – 0.02 mg
- Purified water – up to 0.2 ml
Pharmacological action
Combined drug for the treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the throat and oral cavity.
The composition of the drug includes the antimicrobial agent gramicidin C and an antiseptic agent-cetylpyridinium chloride. The mechanism of action of gramicidin C is associated with an increase in the permeability of the cytoplasmic membrane of a microbial cell, which violates its stability and causes death.
Gramicidin C has an antibacterial effect against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms. Cetylpyridinium chloride is an antiseptic that inhibits the growth and reproduction of pathogens of infectious diseases of the oral cavity and throat. The drug has an antimicrobial effect, reduces inflammation, softens unpleasant sensations in the throat, facilitates swallowing.
Pharmacokineticapreparation of local action. According to preclinical pharmacokinetic studies, absorption is practically absent.
Indications
Infectious and inflammatory diseases of the mouth and throat: pharyngitis, tonsillitis, periodontitis, gingivitis, stomatitis.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Pregnancy (II-III trimester). Before using the drug, if you are pregnant or think that you might be pregnant, or are planning to become pregnant, you should consult your doctor. Adequate controlled studies of the use of the drug during pregnancy have not been conducted. The use of the drug in the first trimester of pregnancy is contraindicated. The use of the drug in the II-III trimester of pregnancy is possible if the potential benefit to the mother exceeds the possible risk to the fetus. There are no data on the penetration of the drug components into breast milk. If it is necessary to use the drug during lactation, stop breastfeeding.
Contraindications
-hypersensitivity to gramicidin C, cetylpyridinium chloride and other components of the drug; – pregnancy (I trimester);-breast-feeding period; – children under 6 years of age.

How to take, course of use and dosage
Topically, by spraying on the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat. It is applied after meals.
Dosage for adults: 4 injections per application 3 times a day for 7 days. Immediately after using the drug, you should refrain from eating and drinking for 1 hour.
If there is no improvement after treatment, or if the symptoms worsen or new symptoms appear, you should consult your doctor.
Use the drug only according to the indications, the method of use and in the doses indicated in the instructions.
Overdose
Symptoms: the use of the drug in doses exceeding the recommended ones may cause gastrointestinal disorders: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Treatment: you should stop using the drug and consult a doctor.
Description
Clear or opalescent colorless or yellowish solution with a characteristic mint smell.
Special instructions
Do not use the drug in the presence of open wounds in the oral cavity, since cetylpyridinium chloride slows down wound healing. The drug contains ethanol. In the maximum single dose of the drug, the ethanol content is up to 0.08 g.
Form of production
Spray for topical application dosed 0.06 mg + 0.1 mg / dose. 112 doses in aluminum or glass vials, covered with plastic, equipped with a pump and a pressure device with a folding cannula. 1 bottle together with the instructions for use in a cardboard pack.
