Combined preparation of plant origin, contains an extract of dymyanka officinalis and milk thistle extract.
Dymyanka officinalis extract, containing the alkaloid fumarin, normalizes the amount of bile secreted, relieves spasm of the gallbladder and bile ducts, facilitating the flow of bile into the intestines.
Milk thistle fruit extract contains silymarin, which has a hepatoprotective effect in acute and chronic intoxications, binds free radicals and toxic substances in liver tissue, has antioxidant and membrane-stabilizing activity, stimulates protein synthesis, and promotes the restoration of liver cells.
Gepabene normalizes liver function in various chronic pathological conditions.
The use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation is possible only as prescribed by a doctor.
Possible: Â allergic reactions.
Sometimes: Â laxative effect, increased diuresis.
Not described to date.
To date, the phenomena of overdose have not been described.
In cases of overdose, the patient should immediately consult the attending physician.
During treatment with the drug, patients should take only medications prescribed by the attending physician, strictly follow the prescribed regimen and diet, and refrain from drinking alcohol.
