Pharmacological action

For liver functions, detoxification, protection and regeneration. Choline helps ensure the normal metabolism of lipids and homocysteine, and also supports normal liver function.

• L-Ornithine is an amino acid that helps detoxify the liver and the body. An essential element in the urea cycle is the process that cleanses the liver of ammonium. The urea cycle is the process of releasing excess nitrogen from the liver by converting ammonium into urea.
• Choline bitartrate is an amino acid that activates liver function and promotes normal lipid and homocysteine metabolism. Most of the choline in the human body is in the form of phospholipids, which transport fats and cholesterol from the liver to other parts of the body. If there is not enough choline in the body, fats accumulate in the liver, leading to liver damage.
• L-Methionine is an amino acid that has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, thereby contributing to detoxification of the liver and protecting it from possible damage. Methionine enhances the action of choline, thereby improving protective functions and cell repair.
