Pharmacological action

Combined drug. Heparin is a direct-acting anticoagulant that, when applied externally, has antithrombotic, anti-exudative and moderate anti-inflammatory effects; promotes the regeneration of connective tissue, prevents blood coagulation in hemorrhoids.

Prednisone is a glucocorticoid that has anti-inflammatory, anti-exudative and anti-allergic effects; reduces inflammation and associated sensations (itching, burning, pain) in the anorectal area.

Polydocanol has a local anesthetic effect and provides sclerosis of hemorrhoids.

Indications

External and internal hemorrhoids.

Thrombophlebitis of the veins of the anus.

Fistulas, eczema, and itchy anus.

Anal fissures.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity; bacterial, viral, fungal skin lesions, tuberculosis, syphilis; skin tumors; pregnancy (I trimester); reactions to vaccines; predisposition to bleeding.

Side effects

Allergic reactions. Systemic side effects are possible with prolonged use and / or when applied to large surfaces.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Externally, on the affected areas, the ointment is applied in a thin layer 2-4 times a day; after the pain disappears-1 time a day for 7 days. y

Rectally, suppositories are injected 1-2 times a day into the rectal cavity after defecation.

To administer the ointment, the attached screw-on tip is used, which is inserted into the rectal cavity, and a small amount of ointment is squeezed out by lightly pressing the tube.
