Composition

Black tea, St. John’s wort, thyme, oregano, ivan tea, currant leaf, mallow flowers.

Recommendations for use

put 1 teaspoon of herbal tea in a cup or teapot, pour 250-300 ml of boiling water, leave for 10-15 minutes. The drink should be drunk hot like regular tea. To taste, you can sweeten the drink with honey.
