Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, as well as to preparations containing active substances of plants of the primrose and clear-flowered families, children after acute obstructive laryngitis (croup), bronchial asthma, diabetes mellitus, sucrose/isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, children under 2 yearsof age.

The drug has an expectorant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial effect; it helps to reduce the viscosity of sputum and better its discharge.
The drug is used as an expectorant in the complex therapy of inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract, accompanied by a cough with difficult to separate sputum (including bronchitis, tracheitis, tracheobronchitis).
It is contraindicated for pregnant and lactating women to take Herbion® primrose syrup (due to insufficient data on the safety of the drug in this group of patients).
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, as well as to preparations containing active substances of plants of the primrose and clear-flowered families, children after acute obstructive laryngitis (croup), bronchial asthma, diabetes mellitus, sucrose/isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, children under 2 yearsof age.
Possible allergic reactions. Possible in very rare cases: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. In case of side effects, you should stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.
Herbion ® primrose syrup should not be used simultaneously with antitussive drugs and drugs that reduce the formation of sputum, as this makes it difficult to cough up liquefied sputum.
Inside, the drug is recommended to be taken with a sufficient amount of warm water.

Shake thoroughly before use!
The duration of the course of therapy is 2-3 weeks. It is possible to increase the duration or repeat the course of treatment after consulting a doctor.
There were no reports of overdose of the drug.
In case of overdose of saponin-containing drugs, gastrointestinal disorders are possible, manifested by nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
Treatment: symptomatic.
The syrup is brown in color with a characteristic smell. Opalescence is allowed.
It is contraindicated in children under 2 years of age and in children after acute obstructive laryngitis (croup).

It is contraindicated in patients with bronchial asthma, diabetes mellitus, sucrose/isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption.
1 scoop of syrup (5 ml) contains 3.16 g of sucrose. If the recommendations for the use of the drug specified in the instructions are followed, the patient receives from 3.16 g (1 measuring spoon – 5 ml, which corresponds to 0.316 bread units) to 9.48 g (3 measuring spoons – 15 ml, which corresponds to 0.948 bread units) of sucrose.
The use of Herbion® primrose syrup does not affect the ability to perform potentially dangerous activities that require increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (driving vehicles, working with moving mechanisms, working as a dispatcher, operator).
Syrup.
150 ml of syrup in a dark glass bottle (type III), sealed with a plastic stopper with a liquid divider and a plastic lid with first opening control.
Each bottle is placed in a cardboard pack along with a dosing plastic spoon and instructions for use.
At a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, in the original packaging. Do not store in the refrigerator.
Keep out of reach of children.

The syrup must be used within 3 months after opening the bottle.
Do not use the drug after the expiration date.
