Pharmacological action

The pharmacological action of the drug is determined by the active components that make up its composition.

Indications

As part of the complex therapy of a long-term runny nose with purulent mucous or watery discharge; difficulty in nasal breathing; nasal congestion; heaviness and pain in the inflamed sinus in acute and chronic sinusitis.

Contraindications

• Increased individual sensitivity to individual components of the drug, including plants of the asteraceae family;
• progressive systemic diseases: tuberculosis, leukemia, systemic connective tissue diseases, multiple sclerosis, AIDS, HIV infection, autoimmune diseases;
• hereditary galactose intolerance, genetic lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption.

With caution: diseases of the thyroid gland (before using the drug, you should consult your doctor).

Side effects

Increased salivation (requires dose reduction or discontinuation of the drug and consultation with a doctor); allergic reactions are possible, in some cases – skin reactions (requires discontinuation of the drug and consultation with a doctor).

Interaction

Taking homeopathic medicines does not exclude treatment with other medications.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Put the tablet under the tongue and hold until completely dissolved. For children under 3 years of age, dissolve the tablet in a small amount of water and give it with a spoon or using a bottle with a pacifier. Take the drug should be 20-30 minutes before or after a meal.

In the acute stage of the disease: adults and children over 3 years of age-2 tablets every 30 minutes (but no more than 12 tablets per day) until improvement occurs, then-2 tablets 4 times a day (until complete recovery). Children under 3 years of age: 1 tablet 4 times a day until complete recovery.

In case of a chronic course of the disease: it is recommended to conduct a longer course of treatment (as prescribed by a doctor).

The drug can be taken for no more than 8 weeks (without consulting a doctor).

Overdose

No overdose cases have been reported so far.

Special instructions

Taking homeopathic medicines can temporarily worsen the condition (initial deterioration). In this case, you should stop taking the drug and consult your doctor. If there is no improvement in the acute course of the disease after 3 days, the drug should be discontinued and consult a doctor.

Information for diabetic patients: in 1 tablet of the drug, the carbohydrate content is approximately 0.02 bread units (XE).
