Pharmacological action

is Chondroreparative. The state of joint metabolism, viscoelastic and protective properties of synovial fluid are largely determined by the concentration of hyaluronic acid, a specific proteoglycan concentrated in cartilage, synovial membranes and other connective tissue structures of the body.

The action of the gel material HYALRIPAYER-02 (chondroreparant) is based on biological stimulation of the processes of natural metabolism, thereby improving the physiological and rheological status of synovial fluid. Gel material HYALRIPAYER-02 (chondroreparant) it helps to slow down the destruction of articular cartilage in combination with the processes of restoring synovial fluid homeostasis.

Gel material HYALRIPAYER-02 (chondroreparant) allows you to restore the effective concentration of hyaluronic acid in the matrix, which leads to the stimulation of fibroblasts and chondrocytes. Intermediate products of hyaluronic acid degradation have angiogenic, immunostimulating and anti-inflammatory effects.

Gel material HYALRIPAYER-02 (chondroreparant), being a bioactive composition of modified hyaluronic acid with ascorbic acid and amino acids involved in the synthesis of collagen, allows for targeted delivery of active substances directly to the area of damaged connective tissue structures.

Structural modification of hyaluronic acid (polymer crosslinking) in the gel material HYALRIPAYER-02 (chondroreparant) determines a prolonged reconstructive effect on the cartilage, ligamentous and connective tissue structures of joints and limbs damaged due to injuries or degenerative-dystrophic processes.

When administered intra-articularly, the catabolism products of the HYALRIPAYER-02 gel material (chondroreparant), released amino acids, including essential lysine, together with vitamin C create a physiologically favorable environment for enhancing the metabolic activity of cells and trigger the synthesis of the main components of the intercellular matrix of cartilage and connective tissue structures.

Vitamin C, which is part of the material, is involved in the metabolic transformations of glycine, proline and lysine. Hydroxylation of proline is necessary to stabilize the triple helix of collagen, and hydroxylation of lysine is very important for the subsequent formation of covalent bonds between collagen molecules during the formation of collagen fibrils. This process is crucial for the stabilization of the intercellular substance of all types of connective tissue.

Contraindications

Contraindications to the introduction of Gialripayer-2 can be considered the following body conditions: disorders in the blood clotting system, acute respiratory diseases, the presence of malignant or benign tumors, pregnancy, lactation, chronic diseases of any system of the human body, in the acute stage, allergy to any of the components of this product.

Side effects

During bioreparation with the drug Hyalripayer-2 or after it, the following side effects may occur: hyperemia in the injection area, swelling of the subcutaneous tissue, itching, hematoma in the injection area, pain, skin discoloration.

Interaction

The use of ripayer-2 in combination with other drugs and products has not been studied.

Special instructions

General precautions for intra-articular injections should be observed.

HYALRIPAYER-02 gel material (chondroreparant) should not be administered in the presence of infected wounds, abrasions in the joint area, severe inflammation, significant intra-articular effusion, venous and lymphatic stasis on the side of the affected joint. When treating the skin before intra-articular injection, do not use disinfectants containing quaternary ammonium salts. The material must be heated to room temperature before being introduced.

Gel material HYALRIPAYER-02 (chondroreparant) should be carefully inserted into the joint cavity. After the injection of HYALRIPAYER-02 gel material (chondroreparant), the patient is recommended to follow a gentle regimen and avoid excessive stress on the joint for several days.

During the course of use of the gel material HYALRIPAYER-02 (chondroreparant), it is not allowed to inject anesthetics and other pharmacological preparations into the cavity of the affected joint.

Do not use the product with damaged packaging.
