Pharmacological action Hydrastis canadensis is a low herbaceous plant of the forest belt of Canada and the USA.
Chemical composition:
* yellowcorn-specific hydrastin;• berberine, also found in other plants (Berberis vulgaris, Chelidonium majus, Sanguinaria canadensis); * other minor alkaloids, including canadalin.
Hydrastin and its oxide, hydrastinin, have vasoconstrictive, hemostatic and hypertensive effects, which gives them venotonizing and anti-hemorrhoid properties.

How to take, course of use and dosage
Sublingual.
Granules should be absorbed in the mouth 30 minutes before meals or 60 minutes after meals.

The optimal amount per dose is 5 pellets.
