For external use only.
The drug is prescribed for adults and children over 12 years of age. Apply 4-10 cm of the drug (equivalent to 50-125 mg of ibuprofen) to the skin over the affected area and gently rub until completely absorbed. Repeated use is possible after 4 hours, no more than 4 times during 24 hours.
If symptoms persist or worsen or there is no improvement after 2 weeks of use, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor. Wash your hands thoroughly after use. Do not exceed the indicated dose.
Use in minimally effective doses in a minimally short course.
• hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or other components of the drug, acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs;
• complete or incomplete combination of bronchial asthma, recurrent polyposis of the nose and paranasal sinuses and intolerance of acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs (including in the anamnesis);
• violation of the integrity of the skin at the site of application of the drug (including, infected abrasions and wounds, weeping dermatitis, eczema);
• children up to age 12 years;
• the III trimester of pregnancy.
WITH CAUTION
With caution, the drug is used for concomitant diseases of the liver or kidneys, gastrointestinal tract; with
bronchial asthma, urticaria, rhinitis, polyps of the nasal mucosa, during pregnancy and lactation.
Composition per 100 g of gel:
Active substance: ibuprofen – 5.0 g.
Excipients: isopropanol – 5.0 g; hyethellose – 1.8 g; sodium hydroxide – 1.0 g; benzyl alcohol – 1.0 g; water – 86.2 g.

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Pharmacodynamics The drug belongs to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Non-selectively blocks both cyclooxygenases (COX-1 and COX-2). The mechanism of action is due to inhibition of the synthesis of prostaglandins-mediators of pain and inflammation.
PharmacokineticsThe drug is used only for topical application. When applied to the skin after 24 hours, it is found in the epidermis and dermis and is about 5% of the concentration of the drug, when taken orally. Therapeutic concentrations are achieved locally, but no systemic absorption occurs.

With caution, the drug is prescribed during pregnancy (I-II trimesters) and during breastfeeding. In late pregnancy (third trimester), the drug is contraindicated.

Hypersensitivity reactions: non-specific allergic reactions and anaphylactic reactions, respiratory tract reactions: asthma (including its exacerbation), bronchospasm, shortness of breath, angioedema, skin reactions at the gel application site: urticaria, rash, skin hyperemia, burning or tingling sensations. Disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, with accidental ingestion: abdominal pain, dyspepsia.
With prolonged use, systemic side effects of NSAIDs may develop. If side effects occur, you should stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.
The drug interaction of ibuprofen in gel form has not yet been described. However, even when used externally, ibuprofen can have a systemic effect, therefore, theoretically, the simultaneous use of the gel with other NSAIDs can lead to increased side effects.

The phenomena of overdose with external use have not been established. If the drug was accidentally ingested, gastric lavage (only within an hour after ingestion), activated charcoal, alkaline drinking, forced diuresis, and symptomatic therapy are recommended.
Transparent or slightly opalescent colorless homogeneous gel with a characteristic odor.
After using the drug, wash your hands thoroughly.
Avoid getting the gel in your eyes and on your lips. Do not apply the gel on damaged areas of the skin, as well as on the area around the eyes and lips. Do not use in combination with an occlusal (sealed) medical bandage. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight on the treatment area.
Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and work with mechanisms
The use of Ibuprofen gel does not affect activities that require increased attention, coordination of movements, high speed of mental and physical reactions (including those of transport drivers, car maintenance personnel).
