Pharmacological action
Choleretic agent of plant origin.
A decoction of helichrysum sand flowers has a choleretic effect.
Indications
In the complex therapy of chronic non-calculous cholecystitis and hepatitis, biliary dyskinesia;
changes in the composition of bile with the risk of developing cholelithiasis.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the drug,
- peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum,
- acute gastritis,
- acute pancreatitis,
- cholelithiasis,
- pregnancy,
- lactation,
- children under 12 years of age.

How to take, course of use and dosage
About 10 g (4 tablespoons) of helichrysum sand flowers are placed in an enamel dish,200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water is poured, covered with a lid, heated in a boiling water bath with frequent stirring for 30 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 10 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw materials are squeezed out.
The volume of the resulting broth is brought with boiled water to 200 ml.
Take inside in a warm form of 1/2-1/3 cup 2-3 times a day for 15 minutes before meals. It is recommended to shake the broth before use.
