Composition

Microcrystalline cellulose filler (125,0 mg),

extract of saw Palmetto (fatty acids) (100,0 mg),

extract of cruciferous plants (indole-3-carbinol) (100,0 mg),

potato starch — filler (100,0 mg),

green tea extract (epigallocatechin-3-gallate) (65,0 mg);

magnesium stearate (the flowing agent) (10.0 mg).

Pharmacological action

The drug Indigalplus has a pronounced antiandrogenic, antiproliferative, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antiexudative effect due to the combination of properties of indole-3-carbinol and Sabal palm extract.

Indigalplus suppresses the stimulating effect of androgens, and also causes the death of prostate cells with abnormally high proliferative activity. Unlike standard antiandrogenic drugs that reduce the level of dihydrotestosterone and, consequently, negatively affect the patient’s sexual functions, the antiandrogenic effect of Indigalplus is based on inhibition of androgen receptor activity.

The mechanism of antiandrogenic action of Sabal palm extract is due to the inhibition of 5-alpha reductase type 1, which results in the disruption of the transition of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone, which stimulates the proliferation of prostate cells. Other active components of Indigalplus are androgen receptor antagonists and also inhibit their expression at the genetic level.

Indigalplus inhibits the pathological growth of blood vessels that accompanies cellular hyperproliferation. The antiandrogenic, antiproliferative, and vasoprotective effects of Indigalplus contribute to the regression of hyperplasia and the reduction of symptoms of benign prostatic hypertrophy.

The mechanism of anti-inflammatory and anti-exudative action of Indigalplus is due to the strong antioxidant activity of its components, their ability to inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins, pro-inflammatory cytokines, enzymes and transcription factors, as well as their inherent independent antibacterial activity.

How to take, course of use and dosage

For adults, take 1 capsule 2 times daily with a meal.

The duration of admission is 1 month. The daily dosage (2 capsules) contains% of the recommended daily requirement for: indole-3-carbinol by 360% (180 mg), epigallocatechin-3-gallate by 90% (90 mg).

Longer-term use is possible as recommended by your doctor.

Indigalplus is recommended for use in combination therapy for the treatment of chronic prostatitis and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), as well as for chemoprophylaxis of prostate cancer in these patients.
