Pharmacological action

Influcid is a homeopathic medicine used for colds.

It has anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, expectorant and mucolytic effects.

Helps to strengthen the immune system.

Indications

Prevention and treatment of influenza and other acute respiratory viral infections.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

It is not recommended to prescribe the drug in tablet form to children under 3 years of age (due to insufficient clinical data).

How to take, course of use and dosage

The drug should be taken 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after a meal. Tablets should be slowly absorbed in the mouth. Children from 3 to 5 years of age are recommended to dissolve the tablet in a small amount of liquid or give it in crushed form under the tongue.

In case of acute disease, In case of acute disease, prescribe: – Children from 3 to 6 years – 1 tab. every 2 hours (no more than 6 times/day) until the onset of improvement, then-1/2 tab. 3 times/day until complete recovery. – Children from 6 to 12 years old are prescribed 1 tab. every hour (no more than 7-8 times/day) until improvement occurs, then-1 tab. 3 times/day until complete recovery. – Adults and children over 12 years of age are prescribed 1 tablet every hour (no more than 12 times/day) until improvement occurs, then 1-2 tablets 3 times / day until complete recovery.

For the prevention of acute respiratory viral infections For the prevention of acute respiratory viral infections are prescribed: – Children from 3 to 6 years – 1/2 tab. 2 times/day. – Children from 6 to 12 years-1 tab. 2 times/day-Adults and children over 12 years of age are prescribed 1 tab. 3 times/day.

Special instructions

When using an Influcide, a temporary deterioration of the condition may occur. In this case, the patient should stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.

When using an Influcide, the use of other medications is allowed.

The patient should be informed that if there is no improvement in the acute condition after 2 days, the drug should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted.

Taking the drug Influcid in tablet form may have a negative effect on patients with celiac disease and lactose intolerance. Such patients are recommended to take the drug in the form of an oral solution ( Influcid r-r oral. fl. – cap. sv. / zashch. 30 ml box 1 of Deutsche Homeopath-Union GmbH & Co. ).
